*Chocolate Pancakes*
All-purpose flour 3/4 cup (100 g)
Cocoa powder (unsweetened) 3 tbsp (20 g)
Sugar 2 tbsp (25 g)
Baking powder 1/2 tbsp (6 g)
1 Egg
Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp (2 g)
Milk 2/3 cup (160 ml)
Melted butter (or Vegetable oil) 1+1/2 tbsp (20 g)

*Chocolate Ganache*
Dark chocolate 70 g (2.5 oz)
Heavy cream 1/3 cup (80 ml)
