Who doesn't love donuts? These are absolutely the best because they are made with peanut butter and topped with a beautiful chocolate glaze. Hope you love them too. What kind is your favorite donut?

Ingredients:
1/3 c creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp sour cream
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1 Safest Choice™ pasteurized egg(s)
1/3 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 c all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, using a mixer, beat together the peanut butter, sour cream, and brown sugar until light and creamy.
Stir in the egg, milk, and vanilla, and beat well.
In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until just combined.
Spoon the batter into a greased 6-well donut pan.
Fill the donut wells to the top with the batter.
Bake for 8 minutes or until the donuts feel firm and spring back when you gently press them.
Cool completely before topping with the glaze.
