A while ago - a long while ago - I started and uploaded a preview of a video similar to this that I never got around to finishing. I remember Chris (BuffyProdz) trying to tell me that it wasn't as bad as I thought it was, but I still never believed him. I decided to go back, and redo the whole thing, and this is the product of that. I think I might switch back to the old sony vegas, because its really hard to do colouring/effects on this new version, and I think my editing is seriously lacking because of that, but I am rather happy with this. I wanted to add lots of quotes, and make it all epic and emotional, but you know, I'm impatient and lazy.
Anyway, here's the story...
Chloe and Clark were in a relationship, previously, that ended rather poorly. Chloe returns to Smallville where Clark is now the hero he was destined to be, and married/in love with Lois. Chloe sort of makes her feelings for Clark known to both Clark and Lois, in her return, but sadly realises while it might not be over for her, Clark has moved on.
Hurt, Chloe returns to Watchtower where she runs into Oliver -- and they sort of hit it off, at least enough for Chloe to start to feel less spiteful towards Clark and Lois, and grow some sense of happiness for their... happiness. But, on the otherhand, she doesn't want Clark to forget what they had, what they were.
Then, Clark starts to regret leaving her behind, but just as he questions reigniting that flame, despite his love for Lois, Chloe declines. Everything she once wanted is laid out right in front of her, but she can't go through with it because of Oliver. Then we sort of look at how Chloe and Clark first met, to their final goodbye -- Chloe is now happily in love with Oliver, and the story ends there, with our favourite blonde finally happy and content in the arms of another.
NOTE: There is a small error in this render in that clip from the finale, where Chloe and Lois are at the Daily Planet. It goes black, then fades back in, and ugh. its annoying, but I couldn't fix it.

HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY ASHLEY!
I wanted to make something a bit different for you this time around, and while I want to hopefully make you another video before your birthday comes up, I really wanted to make you a Chlex video! Youre one of the most awesome people I know, and talking to you always makes my day SO much better! You really are an amazing person, and I hope your birthday this year is as wonderful as you are. I really hope you enjoy this, and I hope I have enough time to make you one or two more videos! *wookie hug*
THE STORY (in chronological order)
Lex is slowly spiralling down a dark path, after nearly killing his father, and losing his friendship with Clark. Chloe, who believes that Lex just needs someone in his life who loves him and believes in him, takes Lionels life, and breaks him out of prison. The two runaway together, and eventually get married, before returning to Smallville.
Somewhere along the way, Chloe receives a vision from the future where the man that she loves has become a monster, and shes helped to create it. So in order to prevent this, Chloe leaves Lex, and plans for a divorce. But, when Lex comes to her for help, she is drawn back in, only to be caught in a setup Lex has ordered for Tess to kill Chloe.
In a brawl with Tess, Chloe is shot, and left for dead, but eventually winds up at Metropolis General, where a regretful Lex visits her. Hoping for her survival, Lex waits by her side, when she finally awakens. The two embark on a wonderful life together, happy, in love but its all a dream - a dream that will never happen, as Chloe passes away.
Clark, who uncovers that Lex is responsible, confronts Lex with a rage, and the feud between Superman and Lex Luthor begins. Desperate to reunite with the woman that he loves, Lex commits suicide, and drives off the bridge, handcuffed, into the ocean. In his near death experience, he finds Chloe, waiting for him, and offering her hand. However, Lex doesnt take it, and finds himself waking up in the hospital. Alone. Forever.
Kind of depressing, I know, but I had this idea, and I just wanted to see how far I could go with it. Ashleys love of Chlex inspired me, and I wanted to make this for her. Ashley, I hope you enjoy it! I love you! Youre awesome! And have a great birthday!! XD")
