The 12th task for Oasis Restoration event is "Feed the Crocodile" where you have to feed a regular piece of cooked meat to Chito the Crocodile. To obtain the meat I ran west to the field of cows. You can use the Lumbridge lodestone teleport and from there cross the bridge to the east and run north. At the field of cows I killed one and grabbed the raw beef. I then chopped a tree nearby and made a fire and cooked the meat on the fire. Next, I ran back to the Oasis and used the meat on Chito the crocodile. Chito's location is shown in the video. The task will then be completed.
