The 9th task for Oasis Restoration event is "Impress the Hunter" where you have to locate and convince Stacey the cat to patrol the oasis by having atleast a 1 killcount of Arch-Glacor. You will need a catspeak amulet to talk to her. She can be found where "The Needle" used to be which is south-east of Primrose's and Megan's house. The easiest way to get there for me is to teleport to the Eagle's Peak using the lodestone teleport. From there, run north and then around west. Follow the path up the small mountain. You can see the exact location on the map in the video. She will not appear as a yellow dot on your mini-map.
