So my sister and I were in Daytona Beach for a week, on our own personal sewing retreat. It's an anniversary for us, as twins. so a special week. I had this idea for a #365 project for all of you,, and then I forgot the glue. Now I don't drive, and my sister is NOT a papercrafter, so she went out for glue and came back with Elmer's -facepalm.
Then, yesterday, I realized I HAD done a #365 project!!! So I present to you my very first house gnome!! These were designed by Susan R Marth and the little kits are found online and in quilt shops. I am a "confident beginner" sewer, so you know they are not hard.

Babylock Jubilant sewing machine
Konfetti 50wt cotton thread in grey
the fabric that came in the kit.
No burds were harmed in the filming of this video. They did enjoying singing along with Mommy while she was working. Princess Magdalena, our puppy, enjoyed snoring thru the process. All supplies were bought by myself.
