Chinese Woman Escapes Alleged Kidnappers in Thailand

A Chinese tourist escaped from a moving vehicle after allegedly being abducted by a group of men who had collected her from a Bangkok hotel. She told police she was restrained, injured and driven towards Mae Sot near the Myanmar border before managing to flee close to a police checkpoint. Officers pursued the suspects and arrested two men after the vehicle was abandoned, while two others reportedly escaped.
