Do you believe that aliens exist? The truth is out there. No, I mean seriously. The truth is really out there.

It was March in China's eastern Shandong province a man, whose profession is debated and goes by the surname of Li, was walking along the Yellow River when he spotted a UFO. He then had a run in with five aliens who he said he confronted and--well the details are unclear--- but he says one of them got caught in his high-electric fence he used to catch rabbits and died. Li then wrapped the alien's body up, took it home to put in his freezer and the next day reported the incident to the police.
Now believe it or not, the local police did not believe Li's alien story and ignored him. That is until he started blogging about it on the internet and posting photos of his alien corpse.
So there we go, indisputable proof that we are not alone in the universe. I told you. I told all of you! Hahaha!
Cough. Oh, what's that? Ah, apparently the police interrogated Li and confirmed what we all suspected--that yes, Li had indeed been lying. I mean, just look at the pictures. Who would ever be taken in by those?! I mean, I guess you'd have to be a real idiot to believe in extra terrestrials. And that they might want to be your friend.
Apparently the creature was assembled with wire ropes, bone glue, and something called antholeucin that is used to whiten food.
If I were him I would at least have used some silly putty to get that oh-so-alien slimy-skin texture.
But despite the poor construction job there were more noble ambitions for all of this. Li-- an avid alien enthusiast-- said "I just wanted people to believe that aliens exist!" Yes, that's right, he wanted to prove that aliens were real so he created an alien.... that well, wasn't really an alien.... Of course Li said later that he regretted his decision and well, lets just say realized he was undermining his own agenda.
Li had taken inspiration from the 2011 science fiction comedy film "Paul" and created his alien based on the movie's main character. While that move was a comedy, I don't think Li ever thought of this as a joke.
Anyways Li is in police custody and is being held in detention for five days for "fabricating lies and disrupting normal social order." Typical humans.
