Among other topics, the panel commented on the the National Committee on US-China Relations (NCUSCR)'s keynote address by renowned investor, philanthropist Ray Dalio, who discussed the critical roles the United States and China play in an era of rapid global change. This was the NCUSCR's 14th annual CHINA Town Hall Keynote.
