Filling Ingredients

2 tbsp oil
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup boiled, shredded chicken
1 tbsp red chili flakes
salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
sriracha 1 tsp
grated mozarella cheese

Dough

Flour 500G
yeast 1 tbsp
sugar 1 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
warm milk 1 1/4 cup (300ml)
1/3 cup oil
1 egg

1/2 cup cold grated butter
egg yolk
sesame seeds
