Brisbane based visual artist and kawaii enthusiast Cherie Buttons gets to work on a canvas inside the Ironlak Studio in Brisbane, Australia.

We hung out with our longtime friend Buttons for a day using Ironlak Heavy Body Acrylics and Pump Action Paint Markers in the Ironlak Studio. Her work could best be described by the Japanese aesthetic of ‘Kawaii’ (cute!) from animated tasty treats to stacked decoration featuring any object, Buttons works in pastel themes and bold outlines.
