The tape opens with a series of shots of the environs to the northeast of the amphitheater and of the rear of the amphitheater. People are film in the park fishing, relaxing, and playing. Following a shot of the entrance of the park from Atwater Street, the camera moves to a bridge overlooking St. Aubin Marina. Here the camera gets a series of shots of boats docked at the marina, and a pair of men preparing a sailboat. Off-camera voices can be heard discussing the marina.
The video is on a 3M UCA 30S U-Matic S tape with a handwritten City of Detroit Department of Public Information Video Production label. The tape is housed in a black plastic latching case with a matching label on in its cover.
