The Owl & Gaz's jam session continues... Serious humour meets funny business. Pushing sounds and ideas to their outer limits! It is always a major pleasure to jam with 'the small drum giant' Gaz (also of A Forest Of Stars, Darkher, Deus Vermin and a bundle of others past and present). I hope the opportunity arises to do more, even though we are in different countries now, but if it doesn't, I can definitely feel happy about our recordings and plenty of gigs in Diascorium and Narayana, plus these 2 Owl collaboration releases // Recorded in 2 hours, with 2 years of post-jam-work!
Me and Gaz have played together since around 2009 when Diascorium began, playing extremely technical metal, followed by Narayana playing grindy black metal. Between the two bands, we played around 100 gigs, plus of course hundreds of rehearsals as well.
A big thank you to anyone who just puts this on and lets it play through. It will take you towards some very interesting and unexpected destinations, if you allow it.
