Cheesy Hamburger casserole is a quick and easy dish that can be made ahead of time and made for a few or for your crew.

1 pound of browned ground beef with 1/2 chopped onion and bell pepper.
10.5 oz. can of mushroom soup
14.25 oz. can of green beans or your choice of vegetables
1 cup brown rice
1 cup milk
panko bread crumbs
cheese of your choice
Salt and pepper to taste

In a casserole pan stir, soup and milk together add 1 cup of rice, green beans, the ground beef, and spread with panko bread crumbs and cheese. Cover with foil and bake for about 1 hour. So easy and tasty.
