OOPS!! 🤔 I left off adding the flour to the batter in the video, It seems that I have some technical difficulty, the woes of being new on Youtube. So I am posting the exact recipe.
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup butter
2 cups flour👈
1tsp baking powder
1 cup cornflakes
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chocolate chips
mix the first 4 ingredients together beating until creamy, add flour and baking powder mix until combined. Add cornflakes, coconut, and chocolates and stir with a spoon until it is all mixed well. Use a spoon or cookie scoop and put cookies 2'" apart and bake 10-12 minutes until light brown.
This is an easy cookie recipe that makes a crisp, chewy very yummy cookie. There are many variations of this cookie the addition of the cornflakes gives it a crunchy texture that makes this cookie a little different and delicious.
