I am not a Chef just a Home Cook. I make simple and easy recipes.
I grew up on garden food and southern home cooking. I will be sharing some recipes that my Momma made and other family recipes and things I made for my family when my kids were growing up. I also look for new things to make online or recipe books and will make it and give it a try.
If you have a YouTube channel and make any of my recipes especially those I say are Family Recipes I ask you to tell where you got the recipe from and not pass it off as your own. I always give shoutouts if I try a recipe from another YouTube channel..it is only right to do so.
Cheddar Bobbers Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Southern Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits (8 Count)
1 cup cubed medium Cheddar cheese (about 1 1/2 to 2 inches)
3 Tbsp melted butter or margarine
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°F. Line large cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Press each to form 4-inch round.
For each bobber, place cheese in center of 1 round. Pull up dough around cheese, and pinch to seal.
I roll it in my hand to make sure it's good and sealed. Mix butter and seasoning together and brush all over the biscuits.
Place bobbers seam side down 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Brush more butter on while warm.
I DO NOT SUB FOR A SUB OR STAY CONNECTED SO DO NOT ASK. ANY COMMENTS LIKE THAT WILL BE DELETED AND BLOCKED. Now that being said, If I like content on a channel I will subscribe.
