Hey! I've already talked about Girl Defined/Bethany Beal and Fundie Snark on my channel once before but I recently watched what I thought was a really fascinating collaboration video between her and Zelph On The Shelf and I was fascinated by the discussions around it on the reddit.
I thought the Zelph video was great. I didn't use posts from the reddit other than that it's where I downloaded youtube comments from the AntiBot. I watched another AntiBot video after filming this and really liked that one too. I said I don't think I personally would have defended Paul of Paul and Morgan but I don't blame her for making that choice at all. That's pretty clear in the video, I'm overexplaining myself in here.
As always this is my analysis/understanding/what I put together after seeing some stuff online and talking to my besties about it, I don't know all the information about all parties and made that pretty clear in the video, but I have nothing but support for the genuine desire to make deconstruction content and to distinguish that from Snark and I think both Taylor Antibot and Sam and Tanner Zelph On The Shelf are doing a really good job of that.
(Camera was less steady on my desk than I thought sorry it's shaky in this! I'm trying to get it more stable in future videos. Audio should be better than in the beginning of the swoop video though)
