Following up on last year’s panel discussion, Syntax to Symposium: ChatGPT’s Linguistic Legacy, audience members were hungry for more on how to use AI in the classroom setting and navigate doing so appropriately and ethically. We will be hearing from Lorelei Anselmo, from the Taylor Institute, who will help inform us about UCalgary’s best practices when using AI in the classroom; Dr. Na Li will provide in-class perspectives as she frequently uses it in her teaching repertoire; and Felix Akanno will provide his insight on how he uses it as a trainee.
