I know it can be tempting to try and find the "optimal" training program, but the truth is, the program that you can do consistently is going to deliver the best results. An "optimal" program that doesn't take consistency into account is not optimal at all, and too many people spend too much time trying to structure a program that pays ALL the attention to maximizing the stimulus, and very little to what is sustainable.
