Here is a fun twist to the traditional log cabin quilt block that uses charm packs! Charm packs are 5" squares. Feel free to use up your scraps or crumbs to use up your stash.

Cut from 5" squares:
Subcut:
1 - 1 ½” x 5” rectangle, from the left side
1 - 1 ½” x 3 ½” rectangle, from the top
1 - 1 ½” x 3 ½” rectangle, from the left side
1 - 1 ½” x 2” rectangle, from the top
(You will be left with a 2" square.)
