On 8 December, Charlie Quirke will set out on a 140km trek for his mum, national treasure Pauline Quirke MBE, who is living with dementia.

His emotional journey will see him follow Pauline’s footsteps from aspiring actress to sitcom superstar, taking in places of special meaning, each stop filled with memories. Then he’ll carry them all back home with him for Christmas.

Charlie is taking on this challenge to bring hope of a cure home to every family affected by dementia. Your support will ensure that the journey doesn’t end there, powering the research that will change and ultimately save lives. We’re closer than ever, but we can’t stop now.

Follow his journey, share with your friends and family and donate to Charlie Quirke’s #TrekForACure.
