CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Charleston City Mayor William Cogswell aims to use smaller model homes, structures that can fit just a bed, table and air conditioning, to create a temporary community for some of the region's unhoused men.

"What we're looking at doing is a rapid housing solution," Cogswell said.
