I'm pretty sure nobody will ever use this for anything ever, but I guess if you wanted to get to chapter 4 (or chapter 3) without ever getting Parakarry or beating Blooper or something, then this is how you would do that. Entering the Toybox for the first time does set the game state to Chapter 4, as long as you were in a pre-chapter 4 state when you do it.
So you just lure the toad over to the edge and hammer clip into the sidewalk. Then you have to walk carefully around the step without falling OoB or clipping back in. Then when you get to about where I stopped (which is where the OoB floor ends), buffer up-left and you should get in. From there you can come up with your own set up for jumping on the spring blind.
It's also possible to get onto the seam of the storeroom and use Kooper to get the Toy Train.
I originally discovered this the same night that Train Early and Blue House Skip were found. Originally it needed the Super Boots since we didn't know about Hammer Clipping yet, so at the time it would only have skipped the ending of Chapter 3. Before I could wake up and tell people about it it was already heavily obsoleted, lol. Consolation prize I guess is that I discovered the ability to double-jump that led to BHS. :p
