How does aesthetic pressure affect girls from childhood, and how does it impact their choices, including practicing sports? Transforming physical exercise into a ritual for mental health may be the key to combating anxiety and celebrating the female body. The Chapadinhas de Endorfina project was created to encourage women to reconnect with the joy of moving their bodies, without the pressure of aesthetics. Elected by Bloomberg Lnea for two consecutive years as one of the 500 most influential people in Latin America, Marcela founded the content platform Obvious at the age of just 25. Since then, the company has evolved into an ecosystem focused on women's happiness, with over 1.5 million followers, also launching channels dedicated to health and sports. Her book Aurora: O Despertar da Mulher Exausta, based on conversations with guests of the podcast Bom Dia, Obvious, has been one of the best-selling books in Brazil since its release in 2022 and was a semifinalist for the 2023 Jabuti Award.
