Vulnerability: The courage to be yourself and share how and what you feel to let go of the stigma attached while building trust and connecting to others.
Awareness: In leadership, it is an understanding of how your personality traits, habits, and abilities affect your interactions with the people around you, particularly in the workplace. Self-awareness leads to personal control and growth that helps leaders use their strengths to guide teams to the best possible outcomes.
Gratitude: As a leader the practice of gratitude consists of affirming goodness in others. A habit of gratitude involves your ability to acknowledge the good and a sense of thankfulness. Empathy, kindness, and love are closely related to the virtue of gratitude.
It’s time to work on your most important asset in this world: YOU!
