What happens when you don't use the 60 foot long radial that comes with the CHA MPAS Lite and you use only 6 radials that are 16.4 feet long. Do you get a similar result?
Why would you want to use shorter radials? Because 60 feet is very long and someone might trip on the line and drag your antenna down. 6 radials might give less loss resistance and thus possibly give a better performance.
