Hey all!

I saw this quite a few times and I just love the roughness of the look, so I had to build it!

A stunning feature for freakouts, fear and funny stuff! :D

Special features:
- Mask for foreground objects. Why? Because we don't have that information. With a mask for the foreground objects, we can "patch" the areas where there is overlap and still get lines that fill the area!! Awesome!!
- Quieter middle space. A super side effect from the nodes' function, this allows you to have a more calm center space where your object/character can be much more clearly read.

In addition:
- Animation speed control
- Distortion Texture Scale
- Distortion Texture influence

Demo scene bonuses:
- Purple shock emotion element
- Star glint setup
- Colored Outlines with an additive mix (for the purple)
- My NPR shaders from Blendswap as well as a stunning sky with clouds setup.
