Hey all,

Just before my PTSD hit peak level, I noticed that it affected in a massive way how I came across. I noticed that people perceived me as waaaaaay more intense than I was, expecting me to blow up when I respond calmly. When I clarified what I was going through, things were better with people, but they can't help but respond to the constant code blue that was emanating from me, lol. When I started taking the meds, it felt like a massive chaotically boiling cauldron and the meds were a lid on it and was pressing down on it.

Something about going through all of this opened me up to being able to write again and so the first album was born and I joined Suno only after finishing it's writing.
