Yes, the DPS is not good, I think around 1k DPS can quite easily be gained by taking a few more risks around 40% boss HP (and also at 10%) but then it's reaching its limits very soon.

That being said, this is still enough DPS to do Cerus CM with - if every DPS player did as much DPS as I did, we would have still phased P3 in time and would be able to kill the boss.
The silver lining of this build is really good CC, very good collection capabilities and extremely safe puddle drops.
