Hi there!
With the 1 year anniversary of Condition Virtuoso I thought it's time to revisit the golem and show what we can do. There is actually not much that has changed, I cleaned up part of my gameplay and switched a few skills around.
What helped improving my consistency immensely is to map out the rotation completely, making a clear plan for when to shatter what.
Last time I grinded benchmarks, 37933 DPS was an immense outlier. Now I can say with confidence that 37.9k would be an average run.
The DPS you see here is boosted slightly by randomly killing the golem with a massive bleed tick, if you aren't so lucky you will be probably slightly below 38k.
If you have read so far down: Be careful what kind of information and inferences you draw from this benchmark rotation. There are many different roads that lead to quite similar DPS. Some things I am doing here may or may not be good or bad things to do situationally. If you are new to the build, this is supposed to show you what is possible when you have mastered the build, it is not an instruction manual on how to learn it.
As an example: If you try to use your F3 for DPS, you will probably *lose* DPS in the process.

Explanation: This bug is known as bosses reset randomly even though one person is still alive. On most bosses, this just leads to the boss despawning and the player being left alive alone.
On Dhuum, as part of the reset, everybody gets killed by the game.
One cannot be entirely sure what triggers it, but the most promising explanation is that if players leave the squad or disconnect during the encounter, their slot afterwards does not count anymore, that is to say the game starts ignoring the existence of that many players.
In this evening we had a lot of people ragequit mid-try, and we already inherited a used instance from before. So as a result, we wiped at 30% HP even though we still had 7 people alive. We tried again, and were wiped out at 50% HP. Investigating what was going on, this video was made.")
