This one hour time-lapse video shows how centrifugal juice quickly breaks down, while the cold-pressed juice contains its texture and color.

The centrifugal juice is made on a Nutrifaster N450, and the cold-pressed juice is made on a Goodnature CT7.

The recipe used was kale, celery, green apple, lemon ginger for both examples.
