PortalOne contacted me and asked them if I could make a game prop for their hybrid game Centipede, a reimagination of the Atari classic — and it seemed like such a fun project that I had to say yes! The prop is used by special guests and celebrities who play Centipede in VR, with players at home playing against them on their phones.
The deadline got moved up by quite a bit so finishing it on time was a real race against the clock, but in the end the prop was delivered so they could calibrate and test it before using it in production.
