Had a cosplayer approach me about making a pair of Nanami Kento glasses for him. He gave me a scan of his head that I used as a base for modeling these so they should fit him fairly well.

The bridge across his nose protrudes a fair bit into the eyes and this is to make sure that the frames can be positioned exactly where they need to be and the excess can be removed. For the pads that touches the nose I've also given them some adjustibility so they should sit comfortably.
