This is an original song I composed for The Chiptune Cafe's Fitness Jam, held in March and April 2023. Going with a fitness theme, I composed the song that could do well with going on power walks, running, weight lifting, and perhaps yoga. In any case, it's best to center yourself (that is, keeping your mind in focus) when doing such workout sessions. This is also my first Neo Geo tune where I used the envelope generator on the PSG channels, and the humble Speak & Spell also appears in this song as well.
This tune won 4th place in the originals entry for the Chiptune Café Fitness Jam.
The background art was drawn by yours truly, and was also submitted to the chip jam's art contest. Since it was also going with a fitness, I drew my elf and furry characters doing different physical activities. It's presented in monochrome, because I didn't realize that it would be impossible to color behind the lines after converting three of the background images to pencil sketch via an Android app.

I originally covered this song in 2016, back when I was new to DefleMask. For this one, I decided to do an overhaul to the entire cover by incorporating elements from RigidatoMSs impressive Sega Genesis re-arrange here, including the guitar solo with a small change to it and the song being extended a bit (listen to his version here: https://youtu.be/fSgZ4nPfLhY).
