Stanford Fillmore Bennett provided the words while his friend Joseph P Webster provided the music. Since the late 1800s, it has been a favorite of churches around the globe. The Lining Family sings it A Capella in a slow manner, for reverence, to remember those that have gone on in faith before us to that blissful shore, waiting for us to reunite with them.
