I needed to connect the Starsense auto align and a GPS module to my Celestron 8SE. As it only has a single Aux port this is a pain. Celestron dealers sell a Celestron Splitter for £30 but it is always out of stock.

It seemed sensible to assume there was not some weird proprietary wiring going on here so I bought a RJ11 splitter from Amazon for £8.99 and guess what? It works perfectly.

I also used two curly cables from Amazon to complete the setup.

Note that the hand controller will also work if plugged in to the AUX port.
