Joolz visits the world's oldest laundry in the second of his videos on Cefalu, Sicily. It's not really the oldest laundry, that's just a joke, but it's a very old place where people used to wash their clothes. The stone is very typical of the area "Lumacella stone" which is used to build a lot of the buildings in Cefalu.
