Cedars of Lebanon State Park
Lori, Kay's Sister, is joining us this week using her book "60 Hikes Within 60 Miles of Nashville". She is hiking the Cedar Forest Trail at Cedars of Lebanon State Park. This trail is a two mil loop trail and is rated easy. It is on page 102 in the book. Please subscribe to our channel if you enjoy exploring our parks and public lands.
Cedars of Lebanon State Park is in Wilcon County in Tennessee. It is part of the State Forest of the same name. The park's website says: The 1,139-acre park has 117 campsites equipped with picnic tables and grills, electric and water hookups. There are an additional 30 tent and pop-up campsites available. A modern group lodge, open year-round for organized groups, has a total sleeping capacity of 80 people." There are 10 miles of trails in Cedars of Lebanon State Park. These trails are open year round.
