EDIT FEB. 1ST, 2020: I had to cut out the ending tune do it a copyright claim that blocked my video everywhere. There should be music there, but now there is not. Nothing I can do about it.
This one took a while! I'm still editing but it's taking a while since I'm putting most of my focus onto my writing — which is coming along wonderfully, might I add.

#1) The song is "Genghis Khan," by Miike Snow. The theme is fem/slash hero/villain, so I chose Kim/Shego from Kim Possible because they are my favorite lesbian ship. Nothing else even comes close.

#2) The song is "Younger, by A Great Big World. The theme is characters who age in their show. I went with Rex from Generator Rex because, well, just look at how precious he is! Those bits in the show about his past really made me hurt sometimes.

#3) The song is "Be Alright," by Dean Lewis. The theme for this one was simple -- just couples who didn't work out. I went with Ben/Rook from Ben 10: Omniverse. Fun fact: my favorite way to ship them is Ben being straight and oblivious as fuck, while Rook silent suffers because, not only is Ben very much not interested, but because even if he was, they both know how Ben's future love life pans out which makes it hopeless anyway. Why would I want them to be happy when angst is so much more fun? And closer to canon, anyway.

#4) The song is "Bad Romance," a cover by 30 Seconds to Mars. I used Charmcaster from Ben 10: UAF and Blackfire from Teen Titans. This one isn't actually a MEP -- it's a collab between me and three others. The theme is villain/villain crossover pairings. I've got two parts but I'll only be uploading this one because who the fuck knows when I'll be done with the second one? And also because I really like my masking work in this part. But I'll link the full thing when it's done so be sure to check back in a while!

#5) The song is "If Only," by Dove Cameron. Similarly to number 3, the theme is couples who never panned out. I was originally going to use Danny/Valerie from Danny Phantom for number 3 anyway, so this felt fitting. They really were such a good ship -- angsty in all the right ways while still being a great and healthy match for each other. It feels in character that they never really got together but that doesn't mean that I can't be disappointed by it.
