THERMO-KOOL of ALASKA came to Fairbanks to insulate CCHRC Building Addition with damp-spray cellulose. Cellulose contains up to 85% recycled newspaper and cardboard and is locally produced in Alaska.
The addition to CCHRC's existing Research and Testing Facilities (RTF), the Sustainable Northern Communities Center will be comprised of office, classroom, and design space to enable people to work together to address Alaska's most immediate housing and related infrastructure challenges.
