Push pulling with a pair Caterpillar's largest scrapers, is the definition of team work, its much harder than one may think. After all, each machine weighs a quarter of a million pounds loaded. The operators have to be in sync at all times, if not, tempers inside the cab will be raging.
Most push pull partners have worked together for years and know each others style of loading. It's all about timing, and tuning into the same rhythmic loading process.
