I will be joined by Logos to discuss the Constitution of the United States. Recently Dave the Distributist in his debate with Joel Berry of Babylon Bee spoke about the Dissident Right's objection to the Constitution. While I weighed in on it a bit on X, I feel a deeper dive is needed. In part to clarify the limitations of the current understanding of the constitution and how this frames the debate and some the later developments that produce challenges for the constitution.
