A rising PSA does not automatically mean vitality must be sacrificed.

PSA is a testosterone-dependent marker, which means lowering testosterone will predictably lower the number but that does not equate to better health or better outcomes.

There are alternative strategies that prioritize function, clarity, energy, and long-term quality of life without reflexively resorting to therapies that diminish a man’s vitality.
