Combining Castlevania & Super Mario World is not a combination that I thought would never happen but leave it to the SMW hacking community to make it happen. This ROM hack by @LetsTalkGames321 is mostly good.
My biggest gripe is stage 4, Pit of Despair. Aptly name since that's how I felt after having a huge uphill battle. It's littered with gaps and numerous one hit kill spikes. It also has the equivalent of medusa heads that make some of the precarious platforming incredibly difficult.
That stage is the only blemish though. Everything is expertly done. The custom sprites for enemies, weapons, and stages is amazing. The key part of this ROM hack for me is the music. They picked some excellent tracks from the Castlevania discography and that aint easy. They got a giant library to choose from with excellent bangers!
00:00 Intro
00:30 Level 1 Hypothermia
03:35 Level 2 Bridge of Sorrows
07:07 Level 3 Lunam Noctum
09:47 Level 4 Pit of Despair
15:40 Level 5 See No Evil
19:35 Level 6 Mark of the Beast
27:35 Credits
