In this part, Dracula finally takes the antidote to the demon virus that the Acolyte let loose, and then she gets loose, resulting in a boss fight.
Some thoughts and tips -
- Since Dracula took the form of mist power from Carmilla, he can reach new places in game - through grates, fences, and getting blown along by fans. My main reason for using it outside of that is to avoid enemy attacks. I used it to great effect against the Acolyte in this video.
- The riot police can drop mines now. When I was first playing on Creature of the Night difficulty, I kept using the Void Sword's projectile, which turns the mine off for a little while, but then it restarts. The Chaos Claws will blow the mine up, getting rid of it permanently.
- I sped up the footage at one point in the video because I couldn't remember where to go. If you see me use a transition or speed things up, it means I got lost for a little while or I died.
- The boss here, Raisa Volkova, has so many unblockable attacks and is so big that blocking and dodging weren't doing it for me. I died a LOT to this boss before I started misting through a lot of her attacks, and it worked very well for me.
