- Fencer
This stage has you in the residential part of the city with Type 3 Drones. This time you're up against the red version, and they do a LOT of damage. I originally tried this with the Ranger and the Lysander Z and failed miserably in practice, so I went with the Fencer and his machine gun and missile launcher. It worked out well. Later in the mission you get a group of defender Fencers that don't have any long range weaponry, and they tank some of the hits for you - and it's a necessity.
I remember there was an update to the game the morning that I recorded this and it froze while I was playing - you'll see that in the video, but I cut out a few seconds where it locked up. It still looks pretty decent. This didn't happen anymore while I was still playing after this stage.
