Koji Igarashi IGA Interview 1:00:52
from the bonus material of the PSX version
Graphically the two versions are almost identical. Other than the intro and ending FMVs, the main sprite, a few minor differences here and there (e.g. the sky in stage 3) and the resolution/HUD placement, the only true differences are the music and the difficulty (in 68000 it takes less hits to die). Of course, the PS disc includes an almost verbatim version of the X68000 game, including original intro and music.
So, I know a comparison video doesn't make much sense, but "which is better" was never the point with these videos, more like "how do they look next to each other". I tend to do things just for nostalgia's sake, and memories.
The video ends with an IGA interview from the time the PS version came out (early 2000s). Those who haven't seen it, you can skip to the interview
Hope a few fellow CV fans find this enjoyable.

Everyone has played this classic, I wanted to upload a slower PAL 50Hz recording which is closer to what us owners of PAL Mega Drive consoles were playing in the early 90s. Sonic the Hedgehog | Mega Drive Longplay (PAL) [50 fps]](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/jnlLf0z4Q_s/mqdefault.jpg)

This was a Japan exclusive, a good and very hard shootemup. The game has some great music, especially in the first three and the last two stages.
