One place we've been itching to get to ever since we started our adventures is Castle Rock! In this edition we finally scratch that itch! Castle Rock is a remnant of the days when Kansas lay at the bottom of a great inland sea. The erosion of that sea left chalk formations that over the course of time have eroded into an amazing monument that oddly resembles a castle on the plains! A landmark used by settlers traveling west, Castle Rock and it's accompanying badlands are now an historic and beautiful oddity on the otherwise flat prairie! Join us as we visit one of the most amazing locations in Kansas!
