Lost Battlefields w Tino Struckmann | CASTLE BUILLION THE TEMPLAR'S MOUNTAIN FORTRESS @tinostruckmann | Uploaded 1 year ago | Updated 20 hours ago
One of the Historical castles is certainly the Castle of Buillon, Godfrey of Bouillon was a medieval French nobleman and ore-eminent leader of the First Crusade. He became the first ruler of the Kingdom of Jerusalem from 1099 to 1100. After his death the castle saw a number of sieges.

And most notably it was developed further by one of the greatest Fortress and Siege architect Sbastien de Vauban, and I will go over this amazing mans career and story. Should you ever had an interest in forts, sieges, warfare and war you need to know this man and of what he did.

I am exploring the castle with fellow historian Roger Cook who will get a more than a feather in his cap on this one.
Enjoy the history.
