This one is from North Willy's Butte which is where you start the cutscene and race, however Radiator Springs is void just like in Fillmore's Nature Preserve but is different this time, and also you still have the barriers but they are invisible not only that but they don't have tornado, and North Willy's Butte it have a few void that you still fail down to the black thing of course.
